Furniture will be held by local receiver and installation will occur in 1-3 installs (to be determined once orders are placed). Additional fee for furniture storage and delivery to be determined.

Overall design style illustrated with Vision Mood Board and Design Mood Boards for approval prior to moving into Design Development Phase. Includes 1 minor revision & 3 client meetings for approval and appliance showroom visit.

Pre Design
Elevations & 3D non-realistic views (colored wire-frames sim to Sketch-up) to confirm design intent and functional cabinet layout. *Must be approved prior to Construction Drawings being started. Includes 1 minor revision & 1 client presentation & 1-2 client furniture showroom visits if needed.
Design Development
Construction intent drawings with elevations, sections and details. It is understood that some means and methods will be employed by design/build fabricators. Includes 1 minor revision & 1 client meeting.
CD Phase
Construction support as it pertains to above scope. 2 site visits included.
